Our Phase 1 consultation is designed to help you create a solid plan for opening a successful practice. We’ll review your architect plans and the phases and timeline of the project. We’ll also discuss the practice management software, technology/equipment needed and digital marketing strategies for booking patients ahead of time to ensure your success. By the end of this consultation, you’ll have a comprehensive plan in place and be well on your way to bringing your dream practice to life.
Procurement
In Phase 2 of your practice build-out process, we will work with your construction company and dental and/or medical vendors and discuss the phases of the build-out. Our team will work with you to ensure your equipment is ordered correctly, oversee delivery and installation. We create a seamless transition for your practice, so you can focus on providing excellent care to your patients. By the end of this phase, you’ll have all the equipment ordered and planned for installation, along with the technology to run a successful practice.
Establishing the Infrastructure for Your Practice
As you move into phase 3 of building your practice, it’s time to set up the foundational infrastructure that will allow you to start booking patients and managing your operations efficiently. This includes setting up your computer or laptop as a temporary device for yourself or any new employees, so you can begin learning the necessary software and getting started with patient bookings. Additionally, we will establish your main office phone number to ensure that patients can reach you easily and that you can start building your practice’s brand and reputation in the community.
Network Cabling and Low-Voltage
Phase 4 is crucial to helping you establish a modern and efficient network that can support your operations and facilitate smooth communication between staff members and patients. Our experienced technicians use the latest tools and techniques to install high-quality cabling and wiring systems that meet industry standards and regulations.
Ensuring Your Practice is On Track for Success
As you approach the midway point of your practice construction, it’s essential to take a step back and assess your progress. Phase 5 of construction involves a comprehensive check-in to ensure that your project is on track and that you’re meeting your goals and timelines. At this stage, we will review your timeline, construction plans and technology to make any necessary adjustments or changes. We will also check in with your contractors and equipment vendors to ensure that everyone is on the same page and that any issues or concerns are addressed promptly.
Moving Closer to Launch: Completing the Rough-In
In phase 6 of your practice construction, your contractors have completed the rough-in stage, which typically involves painting, flooring, cabinetry and equipment from other vendors being installed. At this point, the focus shifts to completing the wiring and low-voltage systems, which may involve testing and troubleshooting to ensure that
everything is functioning correctly. Your practice is nearing launch and we are helping you prepare for opening day.

In phase 7 of your practice construction, the focus shifts to installing and testing the remaining equipment necessary for your launch. This includes installing and testing computers, equipment, and other essential tools for your practice.
